Below you will find the answers to the questions that we get asked the most

 

1. Do you use uniforms for all of your products?

     Majority of products are made with genuine military/first responder uniforms. There are a few products that are not made with uniforms due to needing a specific type of fabric needed for that product. For example:

       Dog Toys: needs a heavier weight fabric to make them more durable

       Children items: non-sprayed fabric due to the possibility of them being put in a         child's mouth. 

2. Where do you get your uniforms from?

     The uniforms that are used can be from private donations, private sales, surplus stores, yard sales, etc. 

     If you are interested in donating uniforms, send us an email!

3. When can I expect to receive my order?

     You can always check the home page for our current processing time. Typically, orders will ship within 3-4 weeks. Large items like purses, wreaths, aprons, etc have the possibility of up to 6 weeks. Peak season may change this processing time.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

     All of our products are custom personalized products and are not able to be returned or exchanged. However, mistakes do happen, and if there is something wrong with your order (misspelled name, broken hardware, etc.) please let us know within 3 business days so that we can make it right! 

5. Can I cancel my order?

     We accept cancelations with 12 hours from when your order was placed. If you are wanting to cancel within those 12 hours, please send us an email ASAP. After 12 hours, we are unable to cancel/refund your order.
