I'm Jaclyn and I am the creator of Little Hero Gear. My son, Logan, is the inspiration for Little Hero Gear. I was laid off at the beginning of COVID, and with being ineligible for unemployment or the weekly stimulus package, I was very stressed and feeling lost. Without Logan, I would have been sitting around watching soap operas and eating Bon Bons. LOL. Even though I loved being a SAHM, I still wanted to be able to contribute financially and at least be able to continue paying my car payment without 100% relying on my husband. A friend had started a business selling hair bows made out of uniforms (Check out Star Spangled Designs on Facebook, they are so adorable!) and I thought that I could try to make dog bandanas. So, I decided to get to sewing and created bandanas made out of military uniforms that my husband and friends contributed. Fast forward almost two years, and I have expanded to personalized keychains, dog collars, dog toys, wreaths, purses, and so much more!
